Because skincare is a personal-use product category, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return. Unopened items may be considered for return only if approved in advance and requested promptly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email clivetechsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method in line with the store's standard refund timing.
